Facing "Declined Payment Issue"?
If you're experiencing a "Declined Payment Error", please follow these steps:

Steps on how to secure your ticket to the event
- Visit the registration link or click the “Attend for Free” button on the navigation bar.
- On the registration page, click the “Register” button.
- Complete the “Contact Information” fields and click “Register“. These fields are required in case of registration timeout, accidentally reloading the page or closing the tab.
(Discard this part in case you are going straight signing up the form) – proceed to step 4
If you experience the above problems, an initial email has already been sent to your provided email address so that you can continue the registration. - After clicking the “Register“, the form will be reloaded and will ask some questions to fill out.
- Complete the Order by clicking “Complete Order” after filling out the form
- After completing the order, you can download your ticket by clicking the “Take me to my ticket” link. You will also receive an email containing the link where to download your ticket.
- Download your PDF ticket
– Present this to the event registration booth (Download to your phone or print the PDF file)
– The ticket contains a QR Code to verify its validity.
